Service Description

Pregnancy, birth and the newborn stage can all be overwhelming especially while your body is physically recovering from doing one of the most amazing things humanly possible. On top of that you're trying to cope with your emotions from the crazy hormone shift you go through after birth! My services would help take the stress off of you and your family during this difficult but joyful time in your life. My services include but aren't limited to; information and support on infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from childbirth, infant soothing, and coping skills for new parents.
